Oterre Trade-In Program

Only valid for Oterre mattresses purchased from Sommeil Terre’s authorized retailer. You can trade in your Oterre mattress based on the
original mattress purchase price. A trade-in credit amount will be calculated based on the following:

• During Year 3* – 50% of the Mattress purchase price

• During Year 5** – 30% of the Mattress purchase price

The Trade-in credit is valid ONLY for the purchase of a mattress of equal or
greater value and of the same or larger size from the original purchased
mattress.

Additional Terms & Conditions for the Membership Benefits

• One Membership program and benefits is entitled to one delivery address ONLY.

• Dates are calculated based on the date of delivery.

• The trade-in value is calculated based on the original purchase price of the mattress.

• Trade-in credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• Proof of purchase and delivery is required.

• Customers are responsible for any pickup and disposal fees that may apply.

• Bedframes and accessories are NOT included in this program.

• If the original mattress is not available, our management reserves the rights to substitute for similar model or specification or pricing.

• NO refund if the trade-in credit is not fully utilised.

• Top up is required if the new mattress is of a higher value.

• A delivery, collection, disposal & admin fee applies for all trade-ins.

** During Year 3: 2 years from the date of delivery and during the 3rd year period only
** During Year 5: 4 years from the date of delivery and during the 5th Year period only
