This is a normal characteristic and not a defect. It reflects the unique qualities of each item and does not affect the quality, performance, or durability of the product.

• Shipping

1. The default option is ready stock, while stocks last.
2. Custom colour/material orders have a lead time of up to 14 working days. Once ready, delivery will be scheduled for the next available working day.
   
   If you have a preferred delivery date, please include it in the remarks section when placing your order. Our dispatch team will contact you one day before delivery to coordinate the details.

• Returns

1. Goods sold are not subject to return or cancellation.
2. No claims will be entertained unless lodged within 3 days of the delivery date.
3. Whilst every effort is made to ensure fabric and colour consistency, slight variations may occur.
4. Disposal or arrangement of existing furniture will not be provided upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Trial Period:
Begins on the delivery date and ends on the 30th day.

2. Return Process:
* To initiate a return, email enquiry@sommeil.com.sg with a copy of your receipt and a photo of the mattress.
* Returns must be requested before the 30-day trial ends.
* The free trial is only applicable for Oterre mattresses.

3. Return Conditions:
* A $100+GST collection & admin fee applies for each return.
* The mattress must be in its original condition—free from stains, dirt, or bed bugs. If damaged, stained, or infested, the free trial offer is void.

4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method or platform.

5. Management Discretion:
Oterre reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the terms and conditions.
