What is Trade-In Programme?
Oterre's mattress exchange program is designed for our members who value long-term comfort and flexibility.
By joining with a one-time membership fee of $188, members can enjoy exclusive trade-in benefits - receive 50% rebate on a new Oterre mattress in the 3rd year and 30% rebate in the 5th year.
It's our way of ensuring you always sleep in comfort, no matter how your needs change over time.

How it works?
1. Purchase your mattress and Oterre membership
The trade-in program is available for all Oterre mattresses.
2. Enjoy your mattress
Sleep soundly, knowing you have the option to upgrade in the future.
3. Option to trade-in on Year 3 or 5
Year 3: Contact us to initiate your trade-in. You'll be entitled for a 50% rebate of the original mattress purchase amount for an Oterre replacement mattress of equal or greater value and size.
Year 5: Contact us to initiate your trade-in. You'll be entitled for a 30% rebate of the original mattress purchase amount for an Oterre replacement mattress of equal or greater value and size.
4. We handle the rest
We'll arrange for the pickup of your old mattress and the delivery of your new one.

What condition does my mattress need to be in for the trade-in?
Your old Oterre mattress is eligible for trade-in regardless of its condition.
Can I trade in for a different size mattress?
Trade-in is valid ONLY for the purchase of a mattress of equal or
greater value, and of the same or larger size than the original purchase
mattress.
How do I initiate the trade-in?
